Violence is a reality that envelops our society and it seems that the efforts of institutions and individuals in promoting a culture of peace are not sufficient to achieve the necessary harmony between human beings. Outbreaks of violence in recent times, inside and outside the United States, poses in some way, a regression of the human race to the origins of the caverns, where the struggle for survival allowed that the force is always imposed on the reason, because there were no moral standards and behavior that will indicate the respect for life or individuality of others. For many believers of different religions, this is a consequence of the imbalance created by human sin, which constantly drag humanity out of Paradise promised on Scripture.

La violencia es una realidad que  arropa a nuestras sociedades y pareciera que los esfuerzos de instituciones y de personas en la promoción de una  cultura de paz, no son suficientes para lograr la armonía necesaria  entre seres humanos. Los brotes de violencia de los últimos tiempos, dentro y fuera de Estados Unidos, plantea de algún modo, una regresión de la raza humana a los orígenes de las cavernas, donde la lucha por la sobrevivencia hacía que  la  fuerza se impusiera siempre sobre la razón; porque no existían cánones morales y conductuales que les indicaran el respeto a la vida o la individualidad de sus semejantes. Para muchos creyentes de diversas religiones, todo esto es consecuencia del desequilibrio creado por el pecado de los hombres, que arrastra incesantemente a la humanidad fuera  del Paraíso prometido del que habla  Las Sagradas Escrituras.
